Nestled in a beautiful quiet area, this guest house is ideally located near antique stores and in a residential area not far from the tourist spots. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with heated panels and a spacious bathroom with a hot shower. The staff provide a warm welcome, valuable information, and excellent service throughout our stay. The all-inclusive buffet breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious food, including options like scrambled or poached eggs. The continental breakfast also includes soy milk and plain yogurt. The host is friendly and the location offers a peaceful retreat.

The room and bathroom could have been better planned, with more contemporary furnishings and improved facilities for guest's belongings.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We had access to tea and coffee making facilities in our room, and there were refreshments available free of charge in the lounge. The hotel also provided a fridge, microwave, and toaster to use. The location was great, close to many attractions and with parking available. The cleanliness of the hotel was also great.

I had such a pleasant stay at the guest house! The room I stayed in was like a honeymoon suite - beautiful and peaceful. The spa bath was huge and I enjoyed a relaxing bubble bath. The attention to detail was amazing, with a crystal decanter of port and chocolates waiting for me. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The continental breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also loved the classic and richly decorated atmosphere of the guest house. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to the Blue Mountains. I highly recommend this cozy and historical cottage for a fantastic stay.

Great location for walkers, helpful and friendly staff. Romantic and comfy four poster bed. Antique elements in every room give a vintage feel. Convenient proximity to attractions and informative staff. Comfy bed, historic atmosphere, spa bath, friendly owners and guests. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We loved this venue! The gardens were beautiful and we enjoyed sitting amongst the greenery. The service was fantastic, with staff happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was well equipped with ironing facilities and tea-making supplies, and we appreciated the comfortable sitting area. The breakfast here was delicious and we were able to choose from a range of options. Highly recommend to families!
